Courses on offer are practical, hands on and a full day. Saturdays 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Price includes lunch & all ingredients, and you take home everything you bake.

Learn in a relaxed but professional setting. Places strictly limited on a first come - first served basis

HSE Registered, HACCP compliant and fully insured.

Prices: A day course is usually €90 per person
If you book two or more courses you will only pay €85 per day
A course may sometimes cost slightly more,
if the ingredients for that day are more expensive than normal.
Places are limited and so it is advisable to book & pay early to ensure your place

Currently in Final Year of BSc in Bakery & Pastry Arts Management from the National Bakery School, Kevin St., Dublin.

Other qualifications include Certificates in Professional Baking, German Cakes & Tarts, German & European Bread, Professional Chocolates, Ice Cream & Snacks all from the German National Master Bakers Academy, Weinheim, Germany.

Wilton Cake Decorating Certificate
Certificate in Chocolate Celebration Cakes from Slattery's of Manchester.

As well as over 25 years experience in professional kitchens as Cook and/or Catering Manager.

Other qualifications include Certificates in Professional Baking, German Cakes & Tarts, German & European Bread, Professional Chocolates, Ice Cream & Snacks all from the German National Master Bakers Academy, Weinheim, Germany.
