practical, hands on and a full day. Saturdays 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Price includes lunch
& all ingredients, and you take home everything you bake.

Prices: A day course is usually
€90 per person
If you book two or more courses you will only pay €85 per day
A course may sometimes cost slightly more,
if the ingredients for that day are more expensive than normal.
Places are limited and so it is advisable to book & pay early
to ensure your place

- Currently
in Final Year of BSc in Bakery & Pastry Arts Management from
the National Bakery School, Kevin St., Dublin.

Cakes & Tarts, German & European Bread, Professional Chocolates,
Ice Cream & Snacks all from the German National Master Bakers
Academy, Weinheim, Germany.
