Welcome to The Sweetest Thing online. The Sweetest Thing is a new Cookery School based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, and is a small family based venture. Our ambition is to encourage home cooking and baking. We are passionate about getting people into the kitchen and bringing quality home made food back to the table. We believe in using only the best ingredients, with the emphasis on local & seasonal produce.
